KALAKOTE, Oct 2: In a statement issued here today, Zonal President of People's Democratic Party for Kalakote (Rajouri) Surinder Bharati has expressed his grave concern over ongoing human rights violations across the state.
Expressing serious concern over the custodial death of Sayeed Mohammed Yousuf Shah in the custody of Crime Branch Kashmiri, Bharati has blamed the state agencies.
Demanding resignation of Chief Minister Omar Abdullah, Surinder Bharati stated that no fair probe can be conducted into the custodial death of Sayeed Mohammed Yousuf until the two culprits step-down.
