10/3/2011 1:20:18 AM
Early Times Report
Jammu, Oct 2: Yogabhyas and taking right food can help to cure any kind of aberration of the heart- mayu bit be due to obstruction in the arteries, irregular movement of expansion and contraction of heart muscles, damaged valve of the heart, defective blood circulation in the heart, hole in the heart, irregular reflexexs of the brain, etc.
All such kinds of aberrations certainly get cured said Padamsheree and renowed Cardiologist Dr. K.K. Aggarwal while addressing number of patients and eminent citizens of Jammu in the function organized on the eve of Gandhi Jayanti Day in the Auditorium of Govt. Medical College, Jammu.
He further highlighted, according to Gita, Atma (soul) dwells in the heart. So does Pranvayu (Life-force). Feeling of love also dwells in the heart. There are just two such main parts in our body as have unlimited qualities- brain and heart. Brain is the centre of Knowledge (gyan) while hearts is the seat of emotions. There are many such issues which knowledge alone cannot resolve. Such problems are solved by heart. Thus, the role of the heart is much higher than that of the brain. He convincingly made the point that if we can understand that our life is dependent on our heart which in turn is dependent on our right sleeping, rich awakening, right behaviour, right food and to enjoy our achievements, it is necessary to be always working and adopt Yogabhyas a vital part in daily routine. He acknowledged the fact that yog is a complete scenario to eradicate the challenge being faced by increasing number of heart potients in our country.
