Srinagar, 03 0ct.With the timely intervention of District administration Baramullah,the two factions of shia community in Sultanpora Pattan have reached into an agreement. Sources told KNS that after having been on logger heads for more than a week, allegedly on the outcome of the panchayat results, both the factions today reached to a consciences and assured Deputy Commissioner Baramullah that there will be no more clashes in the area.Deputy Commissioner Baramullah Bashir Ahmad Bhat told KNS that he had called the representatives of both the factions to Tehsil office pattan on Monday where they reached an agreement in his presence." They have given me a written assurance that there will be no more confrontation". added Deputy Commissioner. Pertinently the area witnessed clashes during last week forcing district administration to call police and paramilitary forces in the area.
