| Two day orthopedic course concludes | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Oct 3: A two day orthopedic Post-Graduate teaching course concluded at ASCOMS Hospital in Sidhra here today.
Around 80 postgraduates and 30 faculty members from different parts of the country participated in the deliberation of the course session. Interactive sessions in the course were of 'great significance. The 'exerts deliberated on, hip and knee replacement, spine tumors, trauma, hand, foot, arthroscopy, and neuromuscular disorder.
Bedside teaching was also held. The post graduate students from PGI Chandigarh, DMC Ludhiana, CMC Ludhiana, Govt. Medical College Jammu, Govt. Medical College Srinagar, and GMC Amritsar participated in the course. Beside local faculty, outside faculty Dr. S Rastogi, Dr. C S Yadav from AIIMS, Dr. R K Sen from PGI Chandigarh, Dr. Sanjay Dhar from Mumbai Dr. Rajesh Gupta organizing secretary of the course thanked all the student and faculty for their participation. He also promised to organize such course in the future for the benefits of the students and faculty.
