Dispute over 25 Kanals of land situated at Village Shogapora, Budgam was decided after about 50 years. Justice Mansoor Ahmed of Jammu and Kashmir High Court Srinagar wing decided two cases, which were filed some decades back.
While disposing off the suits, the Justice observed that order of Financial Commissioner passed on September 20,1980 is an administrative direction which could not be challenged in the writ petition. JNF
