| Sangarsh announces body for Jammu University. | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Oct 4:In order to streamline the organizational work and keeping in view the present scenario in Jammu University (JU), Sangarsh announced its executive body for Jammu University in a press conference organized by the organization.
Mahesh Kaul, the President of the movement announced the office bearers of Jammu University. He was flanked by the General Secretary Suresh Kumar and Nitin Sharma, Vice President of the organizations.
In the newly announced body Ajit Verma of The law school, JU was appointed as the Coordinator, Mukesh Kumar as organizational Secretary, Kartik Sharma as Secretary (Administration), Rahul Sharma as Secretary (Media) and Rahul Manmar as Secretary (Records).
Addressing the media persons Kaul said that, "Sangarsh will shortly announce its comprehensive programme that includes environmental, heritage, educational, cultural and social issues with a prime objective of inculcating in students and scholars a sense of responsibility towards society and the nation".
He further said that, Sangarsh as a body of scholars understands well the challenges faced by the Indian nation at various level and therefore its activists are well aware of their responsibility to educate the scholars, students and society about the national security and territorial integrity.
