| Dy CM felicitates people on Mahanavami, Dusshera | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, OCTOBER 04 – Deputy Chief Minister Mr. Tara Chand has greeted people of the State on Mahanavami and Dusshera festivals.
In a message of greetings, the Deputy Chief Minister said the festivals mark the triumph of good over evil.
Mr. Tara Chand said the State has a tradition of celebrating festivities in unison, which further strengthens the rich secular fabric of the society.
He prayed for peace, progress and development in the State.
