| Seminar on Biodiversity Conservation held | | | Early Times Report
DODA, October 4: As a part of national Environment Awareness Campaign of World Wide Fund, a seminar on topic “Biodiversity Conservation” was held in the premises of Government Girls Middle Model School Doda.
Ex. Chairman Municipal Committee Doda Asif Jahan Gattu was the Chief guest while Headmaster of the School, Mrs Syeda Anjum was the Guest of honor on the occasion.
In the seminar as many as 20 students drawn from the different classes participated wherein they underlined the current scenario of biodiversity and how its conservation at local, regional and international level could be made possible.
Speaking on the occasion, Chief Guest Asif Jahan Gattu appreciated the talent of the participants who took part in seminar and expressed his hopes on youth and student that they will play their active roles in conservation of environment especially biodiversity by acting locally and thinking globally.
Later on prizes were distributed among all the participating students followed by the vote of thanks presented by Headmaster Syeda Anjum.
