| Pak national repatriated | | | Jammu: A Pak national, who yesterday crossed over into Indian territory and was arrested by BSF troops in the border Chambliyal area of Ramgarh, Samba, was repatriated today along the Indo-Pak border.
Safir Ahmad (19), son of Mohammad Bashir of Rashiqui in Mandi Babuldin, Pakistan, was apprehended by BSF personnel after he crossed over to this side of the International Border (IB) from Chambliyal area.
He told his interrogators that he had come to this side of the IB to have darshans of Baba Chambliyal.
As nothing incriminating was recovered from him, he was repatiated to Pakistan after commander-level meet between the two sides at Chambliyal at about 6.30 pm. |
