Prof. Bhim Singh ‘Nyay- Adhikar Yatra, after passing through various villages like Bhada, Gojru Nagrota, Ramkote, Sunal, Gulak, Digiana- Amb, Dyala Chak reached Hiranagar. Addressing the rallies Prof. Bhim called up on the people of India to elect those persons to parliament who would support the Panthers Party movement to amend Article 370 to empower parliament to legislate on Jammu and Kashmir at least in respect of matters, which were included in the instrument of accession by Maharaja Hari Singh. Prof. Bhim said power hungry politicians again have started exploiting the innocent Kashmiris in the name of self-rule and autonomy by preaching secession to please General Musharraf. He also demanded social security and jobs for all professionally trained youth and regularization of Rehbar-e-Taleem teachers and SPOs who are getting Rs. 50/- per day, which is grave injustice. Prof. Bhim demanded justice for the refugees of 1947 and migrants from POK. He demanded justice for the Kashmiri and Jammu migrants in the interest of rule of law and equity. The young Panthers president and MLA Balwant Singh Mankotia, also addressed the rallies.
