| BCA dept, MAM College holds freshers party | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Oct 6:A welcome party for the freshers was organized by the BCA department of Government MAM College.
The party started with lighting of traditional lamp and presentation of the bouquets to the distinguished guests. Different colourful cultural items were presented by the senior and junior students of the department. The Gidda, Bhangra and the question answer round enthralled the audience.
Dr. Ajeet Angral the Principal of the college was the chief guest. Dr. Ajeet Angral in his address appreciated the initiative taken by the department and the students for organizing such kind of programs and he further, said that BCA is a professional course and these kinds of programs help the students to bring out their hidden talent and theses kinds of events help in improving their personality and communication skills. He also said that in future these kinds of events should be organized and every possible support will be extended to the department. He also appreciated the HOD of BCA Prof. Sujat Khan for organizing such kind of programs.
The vote of thanks was presented by the HoD Prof Sujat Khan. He extended his thanks to the chief guest and other distinguished guests for sparing their valuable time that really motivate the students for participating in and organizing such kind of events.
The proceedings of the program were conducted by Shradhima Sharma and Vasudha Sadotra students of BCA part II.
