NIA detain Kishtwari youth enroute to Dhaka
Delhi HC blast probe

Kishtwar, Oct 6: One month on, the National Investigating Agency (NIA) is yet to reach a conclusion in Delhi High Court blast case.
The NIA team from Delhi is still campaigning at Kishtwar and have detained Waseem Akram Malik son of Reyazul Hassan resident of Sangrabatta Kishtwar while he was on its way to Dhaka, Capital of Bangladesh.
According to reports, 25 years old Waseem Ahmed Malik is doing his MBBS from a private college in Bangladesh. The detain youth is the brother of HM militant Junaid Akram Malik, recruited by Azhar Ali but presently lodged in high security Kotbalwal Jail in Jammu.
According to police his brother Junaid Akram Malik joined HM ranks. HM recruiter Azhar Ali Butt is the close friend of Waseem Akram Malik. Sources said that Waseem has been detained by NIA from Delhi when he was on way to Dhaka.
The NIA has reportedly scrutinized the details of Waseem Akram's mobile. Several youth including his friends have been questioned.
Meanwhile the NIA authorities are still tight lipped over the progress in the ongoing investigation.
It believes sharing any kind of information this time can hamper the progress of investigation.
The NIA has so far questioned over hundred youths from Kishtwar in connection with the email sent from a local cyber café "Global Internet Café" Kishtwar and so far officially only three youths were booked in this high profile case. Among the three, Shariq Khawar Butt was released after getting clean chit from NIA after spending two weeks in police custody. The other two youths Abid Hussain Bhawani and Amir Abbas Dev were taken to Delhi by the NIA. Among the two teenager Abid Hussain is presently in Tihar Jail under judicial custody, while Amir Abbas Dev is still under the police custody. Both the accused will be present in Patiala Court tomorrow by the NIA.
