| Cabinet sec postpones Kashmir visit | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Srinagar, Oct 8: According to an official spokesman, the visit of the Cabinet Secretary, A. K. Seth to summer capital has been postponed due to his pressing engagements.
However, the Union Secretaries of different ministries, who have already arrived to Srinagar shall be meeting the Chief Secretary Madhav Lal tomorrow.
