JAMMU, OCTOBER 08- Executive Engineer, Transmission Line Construction Division-1, Jammu has informed the general public that 132 KV D/C Barn- Katra transmission line from Barn to Katra shall be energized any time from October 12 to 13, 2011. The line is passing through Barn, Chak-Bhalwal, Nargara, Frey Meyar, Mathwar, Showa, Luyankhi, Gharenth, Ranjan, Saroon, Kalyar, Akhli, Panjal, Punghat and Garn Chalawa villages.
The inhabitants of these villages have been advised to stay away from the transmission line and its supporting structures during and after charging of this line to avoid any mishap.
