| Jandial Sabha to hold elections on Dec 18 | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Oct 8: All Jandial Sabha has decided to hold elections for posts of president and general secretary on December 18, 2011.
In a handout issued here today, it has been stated that by virtue of esolution passed by the general house, All Jandial Sabha, in their meeting held at Dev Asthan Bawa Sehaj Nath Ji, Gole Talab Tillo, Jammu, on September 04, 2011, election commissioner of Sabha was entrusted with the responsibility of conduct of elections for the posts of President and General Secretary of the Sabha.
Through the notification, the process of election was initiated and date of voting was fixed on October 09, 2011. Now, with the consent of the contesting candidates, the date of voting has been refixed on Sunday, the December 18, 2011 due to unavoidable circumstances. Reiterating the decision of the general house, it was desired unanimously that the outgoing president, general secretary, and the office bearers shall take all steps necessary for the smooth conduct of annual congregation of the Sabha falling due on November 10, 2011.
