NIA arrests 3 more Bangladeshis | New Delhi High Court blast case | | Asif Iqbal Naik kishtwar, Oct 8: National Investigating Agency (NIA) has claimed to have arrested three Bangladeshi nationals in connection with ongoing probe into New Delhi high court blast case. Sources in NIA claimed this as major success in the cracking of New Delhi High court blast which took place on September 7, 2011 in which 15 person got killed and as many as 80 others were injured. They added that these Bangladeshis were arrested from Dhaka with the active help of Bangladeshi government and its police. Sources maintained that after the arrest of the three Bangladeshi in Dhaka, NIA shifted them to Delhi late last night. They disclosed that names of these Bangladeshi nationals surfaced after the arrest of Dr. Wasim Akram Malik. Sources claimed that during questioning of Dr. Wasim Akram Malik, names of five Bangladeshis surfaced and among these five, NIA managed to arrest three among them. NIA sources said that a major hunt has already been launched by the security forces to arrest two other Bangladeshi nationals who were the part of the conspiracy. Sources maintained that NIA will soon remove curtains on over one month long investigation and put the truth before the people of the nation with in next few days, as people of nation were eagerly waiting for official words from NIA regarding perpetrators involved in destabilizing peace and tranquillity. Sources also disclosed that Dr. Wasim Akram Malik who was known to Abid and Amir Abbas as Doctor Sahib held a meeting at a house near Degree College Kishtwar. They added that Dr. Wasim, his brother Junaid Akram Malik (Active HM militant), Abid Hussain and Amir Abbas along with two Bangladeshi nationalist met at this house to finalize plan for executing the blast. Sources said that housekeeper is close to the family of Abid Hussain Bhawani. They added that under well planed conspiracy, accused Dr. Wasim alongwith two Bangladeshi nationals left Kishtwar on July 6, 2011, from where the accused reached Delhi. He was joined by three other Bangladeshis and thereafter, the blast was executed. Sources said that after executing the blast, they again reached Jammu. "We have ensured that innocents are neither harassed nor framed. We released Shariq Khawar Butt after nothing adverse was found against him, even though it was a fact that he went to Global Internet Cafe along with accused Abid Hussain at the same time when accused Abid Hussain allegedly sent terror email claiming responsibility of the blast," said an official of NIA. They stressed that whatever they submitted before court in Delhi is based on facts, which NIA will prove during the course of investigation. Meanwhile, security forces have launched a major hunt to trace out the HM militants Junaid Akram Malik, Amir Kamal and Jahagir Saroori believed to be involved in supply of explosive material to carry out the blast outside Delhi High Court. |
