| Bhat removed as CM's CR | | | Early Times Report
srinagar, Oct 8: Bhat was removed as Constituency representative of the Chief Minister last week following Yusuf's `custodial death'.
He was appointed as CR last year vide order No number PS/Pol/Adv/HCM/J/2010/163 addressed to then Deputy Commissioner Ganderbal Iftikhar-ul-Hussain reads: "I have been directed to inform you that Jenab Omar Abdullah Sahib Hon'ble MLA Ganderbal has appointed Mohammad Yousuf Bhat as his Constituency Representative."
The order was issued by Political Advisor to Chief Minister Davender Singh Rana on behalf of the CM.
The removal order reads: "As instructed by the Chief Minister vide communication number HCM/PS/2011-292/Sgr, dated 30-09-2011, it is brought to the notice of all district officers that Yousuf Bhat shall cease to be the constituency representative of the chief minister in Ganderbal constituency." It has been issued by District Magistrate, Ganderbal. |
