Srinagar, Oct 10 (KNS): Dr. Syeda Hameed, Member, Planning Commission, called on N N Vohra, Governor, at Raj Bhavan, here today.
During their hour long meeting, the Governor and Dr. Hameed held wide ranging discussions regarding various developmental issues, particularly those related to the effective and timely implementation of certain flagship Centrally Sponsored Schemes. They also discussed issues relating to the promotion of welfare of women and children and the under-privileged sections of the society in the State
