| Audio CD Chandi Stuti released | | |  EALY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, OCTOBER 10- In a joint venture with Nami Dogri Sanstha, the Art Foundation, J&K Academy of Art, Culture and Languages today released a CD of devotional songs entitled “Chandi Stuti”.
The songs of the CD hav been sung by Miss Bindya Bali and were composed by Prof B S Bali.
This CD of devotional songs was released by S S Anand Lehar and D C Raina both senior advocates of the Supreme Court of India, Dr S S Sudan, Director Acharaya S Chander College of Medical Science Sidhra, Prof Savita Bakshi, Additional Secretary J&K Academy of Art, Cultural and Languages and Dogra Harish Kaila President NDS-the art foundation.
The programme started with the welcome address delivered by Prof Savita Bakshi.
She elaborated the efforts of the academy in the development and promotion of art, culture and languages of the state. She appealed the NGO’s to come forward for the promotion of culture.
On the occasion, two devotional songs were presented before the gathering gathered in K L Sehgal hall by Bindiya Bali which were highly appreciated. The music was given by Deepak Kumar and Vijay Anand.
