| Speed ball gets recognition in J&K | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, Oct 11: It is of immense pleasure for lovers of speed ball that this game has been recognized by the Jammu & Kashmir Olympic Association for which the whole credit goes to its secretary Ashutosh Sharma without whose efforts this would have not been possible.
The Jammu & Kashmir Olympic Association has assured of all help to the students.
The recognized letter was handed over to Sunny Nanda General Secretary JK Sports Speed Ball Association today on11th of October, 2011 by Ashutosh Sharma Secretary Jammu & Kashmir Olympic Association.
The Association will help in providing scholarships to the students playing speed ball.
Sunny Nanda has given boost to the speed ball in J&K that he has taken students of Jammu & Kashmir to countries like Singapore,Japan and Kuwait etc for speed Bal Championship and a team has been prepared by Shri Sunny Nanda for France leaving on 24th October, 2011 and the whole benefit there of goes to the students who bring laurels to their schools and above all to J&K .
