Early Times Report JAMMU, Oct 11: Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) has condoled death of Satya Devi Amla, wife of Late Tirath Ram Amla and mother of Krishan Kumar Amla-Senior Vice-President and Treasurer J&K PCC. She was 88 and breathed her last tonight at Srinagar. Senior leaders of PCC expressed deep anguish and grief over the sad and untimely demise of Satya Devi Amla and conveyed their heartfelt condolences to Krishan Kumar Amla and other members of the bereaved family and prayed for peace to the departed soul in heaven. Prominent among those who condoled the death included Mangat Ram Sharma, Dharam Pal Sharma, Madan Lal Sharma, Amrit Malhotra, Hari Singh, Yash Pal Khajuria, Gurmukh Singh, Haider Shaikh, Prem Sagar Aziz, Mula Ram, Janak Raj Gupta, Ravinder Sharma, Vinod Sharma, Shah Mohd Choudhary, Mehraj-ud-din Zargar, Hans Raj Bhagat, Rani Gargi Baloria, Kanta Bhan, Zaffarulla, Thakur Puran Singh, S.R. Sudhir, Shiv Kumar Sharma, Indu Pawar, Krishan Lal Abrol, Om Chopra, Bharat Gandhi, Krishan Lal Gupta, Manmohan Singh, Abdul Gani Kohli, Ashwani Puri, Talentar Singh, Bhagwan Singh, Dr. Kamal Singh, Maheshwar Singh, Anil Chopra, Shamsher Singh Chib, Lalita Sharma, Sita Sharma and others. Meanwhile, PDP patron Mufti Mohammad Sayeed and party president Mehbooba Mufti have also expressed their grief over the demise of the mother of Krishanji Aamla, who died after a brief period of illness. Sympathizing with the bereaved family, the party president prayed for the peace of her soul and said the loss to the family couldn’t be compensated but at this hour sorrow we are equally sharing their grief. While expressing condolence to the family, the party president said it is hard to describe the loss of the family in words but our heartfelt sympathies are with the family. Senior party leaders Muzaffar Hussain Beigh, Molvi Iftikhar Ansari, PDP General Secretary Mohammad Dilawar Mir, Abdul Rehamn Veeri, Tariq Hamid Qarra Mohammad Ashraf Mir, Ab Hahimd Koshin and others also expressed their condolence to the family.
