| NSF alleges favouritism by Registrar in JU | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Oct 11: National Secular Forum (NSF) has leveled allegations of favoritism and nepotism on OSD to Registrar B L Bhatt in subordinate staff recruitment of Jammu University and demanded high level probe to unveil the fraud committed by him during the last three years, here today. Addressing the media persons NSF district chairman Surjit Choudhary said Bhat had been handed over different official positions including OSD to Registrar and Recruitment Officer of the University.
He has misused his official position and got adjusted maximum number of his relatives and other known during the last three years, he alleged. Choudhary further alleged that Bhat, being the Member Secretary of Subordinate Recruitment, exploited the position at the maximum at the behest of bosses. In the process he also got things done for him selves also. He is been the Incharge Recruitment Officer since long, whereas, the position has already been advertised but, interview has not been conducted so far. It proves that his bosses are also using him. He urged the Governor (Chancellor) to order a thorough probe into the matter.
