| NSS unit of GGM organized two days workshop | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, October 12: Two Days workshop on “Impact of Ghandian Philosophy in present scenario” was organized by N S S Unit of GGM Science College under the supervision of Programme Officer Dr. Rajinder Singh and Prof. Ram Singh. In this connection a rally was organized in college in which about 120 volunteers have participated.
Principal of the college Dr. Satinder Singh flagged off the rally from the college and after passing through Circuit house, Bakshi Nagar etc rally came back to the college at about 10 A.M.
In this rally the students were carrying play cards, banners, slogans. After rally floral tributes were paid to Gandhi ji by the volunteers.
In the afternoon a massive cleanliness drive was undertaken in the college campus in which 120 volunteers participated under the commander ship of Navjot Bakshi and Rohit Kumar.
In the symposium competition Sandeep Kour, Vandana and Paramjeet Kour grabbed first, second and third prize respectively. On the occasion senior volunteers Prikshit, Vikra, Tushaar, Gulshan, Vijay, Shiva, Shiv Narayan, Koshak, Sachin etc. were also present
