| Logo for PWD discussed at a meeting | | |

Minister for Roads and Buildings Mr. Gulchain Singh Charak today chaired a meeting of officers and engineers of Public Works Department to select a logo for the department. Several organizations have submitted their logos to the department.
During the meeting, threadbare discussions were deliberated upon for selection of an appealing and logical logo. It was informed in the meeting that 3-logos have been chosen for Chief Minister’s approval of final selection.
Mr. Charak informed that Rs 15,000 will be awarded to the creative of selected logo.
Among others Commissioner/Secretary R&B Mr. Atul Duloo, Chief Engineer Mech & Store Procurement Mr. B.B. Gupta, Chief Engineer PMGSY, General Manager JKPCC Mr. Dalip Thusoo and other senior engineers attended the meeting.
