| HC allows petitioner to participate in the selection of Deputy Medical Supt | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, October-12:- The High Court today allowed Dr. Manoj Kumar Bhagat to participate in the selection process of Deputy medical Superintendent.
Admitting the petition, the court put the State, PSC , Minister for Medical Education , Former Principal Secretary Health & Medical Education, Secreatry Public Service Commission and Dr Dhara Singh presently posted as Incharge Deputy Medical Supt SMGS Jammu on notice.
The Court ordered that the petitioner shall be permitted to participate in the selection process pursuant to the notification NO 2-PSC of 2009 dated January 30, 2009 initiated by the Public Service Commission to fill-up the available posts of Deputy Medical Supt of his own cost and risk without any right flowing out of his mere participation in the selection process.
