Free lodging, boarding to stranded tourists

Srinagar, Dec 8
In view of closure of Srinagar-Jammu National Highway the Divisional administration has ensured every facility to the stranded passengers. Besides, local passengers, the stranded tourists have been shifted to Srinagar and other places.
In this connection, a group of 208 tourists from various states of the country have been bought to Srinagar and are being provided free lodging and boarding facility. They have been lodged in various hotels in Srinagar.
Divisional administration is also arranging railway tickets on concessional rates for the stranded tourists.
The stranded tourists have appreciated the efforts of various departments particularly Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir for arranging these facilities for them.
