| Gandhian Study Centre organized Rangoli competition | | |  Early Times Report
JAMMU, October 12 : In sequence to the series of events being conducted by the Gandhian Studies Centre of the College, an Intra-College Rangoli competition was organized by the centre to mark the initiation of the festive season. 16 teams participated in the event and exhibited their creative talents in a colourful display of bright Rangoli designs.
Dr. Ajeet Angral, Principal of the College lauded the efforts of the centre for organizing such an innovative event which invited the attention of the students who were willing to participate in such dynamic programmes. He also congratulated the teams for their commendable efforts that went in the making of Rangoli designs.
The panel of Judges included Prof. Kailash Mehra, Prof. Anju Bala and Professor Prabhjeet Kour. Prof. Rama Badyal and Prof. Harpreet Kour Coordinated the programme.
The 1st Prize went to Team 2 - Tarun Sharma (B.A.Part-ll) followed by Team 8- Deepika Bandral and Navneet Kour (B.B.A-Part-II) who won the 2nd Prize, Team12- Amneet and Shobhna Khajuria (B.B.A. Part-II) got the 3rd Prize and the consolation prize was bagged by Team 14- Sameer Mahajan (B.A.Part-I), the results of which were announced by Dr. Twinkle Suri, Director of the centre.
