| Amul Shakti Vidyashree Award presented to Satvinder Kour | | |

Miss. Satvinder Kour D/o Dalbir Singh of Dogra Higher Secondary School, Shastri Nagar was awarded Amul Shakti Vidyashree Award by Amul India Ltd. A Trophy and a Certificate of appreciation along with cash prize of Rs. 500/- given to her. She belongs to a very normal family and her father has to maintain a large family. In spite of all difficulties, she has done brilliant performance in Secondery School Examination in the year 2005-06. Her efforts had been applauded by the management and staff of the school. Principal, Gambhir Dev Singh Charak in his speech said to the students to set a land mark in their studies as done by Satvinder. Shahid Ahmed Khan, Senior Executive Sales (Amul), briefed the students regarding his organization i.e Amul India Ltd. And objectives as well as significance of the award which popularly known as Amul Shakti Vidyashree Award.
This is for the first time in India that Amul India Ltd., has decided to award the meritorious students of CBSE/SBSE across the country.
