“Dramatis Fusica 2011” starts today | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT Jammu, Oct 14: As another Friday series of Nav Durga kala Manch, show comes to a stylish conclusion with the holding of a play “Ulta Seedha” under the performing arts studio concept, the group is coming up with a ten days short play festival staring tomorrow which would be held at the same venue. Majboori, Bawa Jitmnal, Biwi-o-Biwi, Majma,Excerpts, Gandhi ki Vaapsi, Bobby, Mughalo ne saltanat baksh di, Jor hartale da, Maa Mujhe Tagore bana Do are some of the plays that will be showcased in the series entitled “Dramatis Fusica 2011” which would be a competitive affair adjudged by two senior most theater personalities Vikram Sharma and Santosh Sangra. Ravinder Sharma, Dhanesh Dogra, Tarun Sudershan Vasson, Aaditya Bhanu, O P Shakir, Lucky Gupta, Goutam Singh are some of the renowned names in the field of theatrics that would be seen in action for ten consecutive days at Performing Art studio. Aaditya Bhanu of Nav durga Kala Manch is the man behind the show who is being sponsored by Ganesh Studio, Gandhi Nagar, Atul Sharma, and Rajneesh Gupta. Earlier today, at performing Art Studio a play Ulta Seedha was staged which was enacted by Aaditya Bhanu, Dilshad Shazi and Anil Kotwal that was based on a comedy concept of seeing the right things through the wrong side. The trio held the audience on their foot by producing many comedy scenes in the act that was a real treat.The play was written by Dilshad Shazi and Directed by Aaditya Bhanu, Lights and music were handled by Tarun Sudershan Vasson. Since the group has been expanding its horizons based on the Friday Series theatre has now become the talk of the town, its new attempt on Dramatis Fusica 2011 is a brave heart attempt to rope in ten major groups of the region on one platform for the performance. “This is a real tribute as well as challenge for the realistic theater and Aaditay Bhanu deserves kudos for that. Earlier, the theater protagonist Vikram Sharma started this trend in 2008 and have been doing it regularly with recently concluded Odeon Odyssey which was a thunderous success,” said Dhanesh Dogra, the senior stage artist of the state.
