Jammu, Oct 14: The skit titled "Next" by Govt. Women College, Parade, Jammu and the skit titled "Greed Factor" by Trikuta Degree College, was adjudged as second and third in the on going "Display Your Talent" 20110-12 organised by the Department of Students Welfare, University of Jammu at Brig, Rajinder Singh Auditorium.
The skit titled “Asli Waris” by Govt. Women College, Gandhi Nagar, Jammu, fetched certificate of merit.
Best Actor was bagged by Harmeet Kour from the Govt. Women College, Gandhi Nagar, Jammu for her acting in the Skit "Asli Waris" as "NETA-1" and best actress was awarded to Indu Kerni from Department of Computer Science & IT, University of Jammu for her role as "Model & Girl" in Skit "Chalo Olympics 2012".
Harish Kataria, Dr. Sahib Singh and Dr. Mandeep Kaur, were the adjudicators for said event. Dr. Rajkumar Rampal, was the Teacher Incharge and read rules and regulation.
Prof, Dalip Singh, President, JUTA, was the Chief Guest and distributed the prizes amongst the winners.
The programme was compeered by Rani Kumari, Secretary, Students Cultural Council and Hardeep Singh.
Among others, Prof. Jasbir Singh, Chairman, Campus Cultural Committee, Prof. N.K. Tripathi, Dean Students Welfare, Vinay Thusoo, Public Relations Officer, Pooja Langeh, Teacher Incharge from various Affiliated Colleges and Students, were also present on this occasion.
