| Veeri visits family of Mushtaq Ahmad Lone | | ‘Demanded compensation and employment under SRO’ | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Srinagar Oct 17: Senior PDP leader Abdul Rehman Veeri today visited the family members of Mushtaq Ahmad Lone of Melhura Wachi district Shopian, who died while drowning into the river. He paid his solidarity with the family.
In a press statement issued here the Veeri has stressed set up an enquiry into the matter and bring out the facts about the cause of the death.
He also stressed that Mushtaq Ahmad was the lone bread earner for the family and his death has caused a huge financial crisis to the family.
He asserted that the family should be granted a compensation relief so as to relieve their economic crisis. Abdul Rehman also emphasized that a member of the family should be provided a regular employment under an SRO case as soon as possible.
While expressing his solidarity with the family members Abdul Rehman prayed for the peace of the departed soul and extended his condolence and sympathies with the family.
