| Omar has a word of advise for Anna | | | SRINAGAR: Jammu Kashmir Chief Minister has suggested to Team Anna to campaign against Congress at a place considered a strong bastion of the party. "This way the team would have tested their ability to manipulate the result", he tweeted.
Omar said Congress was not so strong in Hisar. "It was not a Congress seat so it's hardly indicative of anything in the scheme of things," he added.
Anna Hazare's supporters had campaigned in Haryana's Hisar town and asked the people not to vote for the Congress as it did not support the Jan Lokpal Bill.
Haryana Janhit Congress' Kuldeep Singh Bishnoi won the Hisar Parliamentary by-election on Monday, while the Indian National Lok Dal (INLD) was number two and the state's ruling Congress was a distant third. |
