CPI (M) concerned over cancellation of admissions | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU 18 October, 2011. A meeting of Jammu Regional Committee of CPI (M) was held in its office chamber under the chairmanship of comrade Sham Prasad Kesar its secretary.
Regional committee expressed grave concern over the cancellation of admission of about 600 11th class students by State Board of School Education who have passed matriculation through CBSE, on the plea that they have passed their examination under optional system.
The students have even appeared in term one and term two exams but now when the final exams are nearing, their admission have been cancelled.
If they had any objection they should have denied them admission at the time of admission. The career of these students is at stake. There is no justification in this order. The full one year will be wasted without their fault.
Regional committee demands that BOSE should immediately resolve this issue as a special case as there is no fault of these students.
