| Belicharana IED case | | Court reserves order in controversy over investigation between Army , Police | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, October-18:- City Judge Jammu Abdul Nasir after hearing Army and State Police reserved order in much hyped controversy over investigation of alleged accused Army personal between Army and Police in Belicharana IED Case.
According to the case on September 23, 2011 the police of Satwari on specific information had recovered IED at Satwari-Belicharan Road and after enquiry police came to know that the alleged act of Army personal namely Bishan Lal alias Bobby s/o Girdhari Lal and obtained arrest warrant against the alleged accused from the court but Army Authority refused to handover the accused to police and filed application for transferring/ handing over the investigation in FIR No 162/2011 u/s 120-B RPC and 4 ESA registered against Sepoy Bishan Lal to Military Authorities and further prayed for recalling of warrants issued by the Court.
