‘Don’t support Mischief Mongers’ | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU, Oct 18:President, Jammu and Kashmir Dharmarth Trust Divakar Singh, has strongly ridiculed the act of Health and Medical Education Minister RS Chib for helping All-Party Hindu Coordination Committee activists to break their uncalled for hunger strike by offering a glass of fruit juice , calling it as his ‘political gimmicks’.
In his press statement issued here today, Thakur Divakr Singh said Chib is helping those who are working against the interests of Jammu and Kashmir Dharmarth Trust, especially knowingly that the Trust is rendering yeoman service towards conservation and growth of the sacred Hindu Dharma despite hostile conditions being created by secessionist forces in the valley and in other parts of the State. He reminded that when there was mass exodus of people of particular community from Valley and religious places of that community were in deserted condition, then only Jammu and Kashmir Dharmarth Trust was maintaining its all temples in the Valley and performed all religious rituals regularly.
He further asked Chib to recall the incidence of the year 2008-2009 of Shree Amarnath Yatra in Kashmir Valley and said that the person who is spearheading hunger strike, was then creating problems for the coalition Government by spreading hoax of communal virus and on the baseless report of this mischief monger, publication of certain newspaper had to be banned in Jammu.
Dharmarth Trust President advised Chib to keep distance from such persons who are exploiting unfounded and baseless issues for their personal motives.
Divakar Singh said by gaining cheap publicity one cannot enhance his vote-bank, as deceitful persons always remain deceitful persons and one should remain vigilant from them.
