| Rathore Foundation organizes health camp at Bajalta | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Oct 18:Rathore Foundation Trikuta Nagar organized one day awareness Health check up camp at Bajalta (Nagrota) in collaboration with Directorate Health Services Jammu.
More than Four hundred people of the area were given Medical & Dental check up & distributed free medicines. The chairperson of the society Prof. Indira Rathore appreciated the efforts of Director Dr. Madhu Khullar for her whole hearted support & sanction of the camps.
Dr. Saroj Kotwal, Dr. Sumedha & Dr. Sonali Gupta worked tirelessly throughout the day to make it a grand success. Parul Sharma Lab. technician conducted 60 Hb tests pregnancy tests, blood sugar tests where 2 were tested positive & referred to Medical College. Chaman Gupta, pharmacist, Mr. Mohan Lal & Arun Kumar rendered full support to the camp.
Dr. R.S. Charak an epidemiologist apprised people of that area about water born diseases & distributed free 10,000 chlorine tablets & IEC activities.
Rathore, Sneh Bali, Nirmal Bakshi talked of female foeticide with the ladies & their empowerment,to start entrepreneurship
The society thanked Dr Khullar and other doctors for their full support and is holding second camp at Pandorian (Bangla) Bishnah on October 22.
