Doda youth appreciates JU for smooth conduct of B.ed exam

Kishtwar, Oct 18: The erstwhile Doda Youth Welfare Association has congratulated the Jammu University for the smooth conduct of the B.ed examination.

They have appreciated the work of examination wing of the JU for having conducted the examinations in such a smooth manner. Association has also welcomed the new system introduced by the university in which the examination centres of the students were swapped.

He said that we congratulate the university authorities for standing up to the pressure exerted by some B.Ed colleges to have the exam centre swapping policy reversed.



However, the association has expressed concern over the cases of impersonations where many candidates whose photos and signatures did not match the ones in the records of the University.

Association has said that this has happened because these candidates have never come to their respective B. Ed colleges or the University.

“This problem was discovered this year because of new system and it is important to take strict measures against the people involved in the entire issue”, association has said.

He said that some unscrupulous agents with the help of corrupt college managements are able to trap and befool people from outside the state by promising them that they would not have to attend classes.

“We also request university of university authorities that hostel facilities should also be provided so that students from remote areas like Marwah, Dachhan, Kilhotran, Chatroo, and Banihal can avail the facility while they are enrolled in various colleges and university of Jammu”.

Those who address the meeting include Rizwan tasaduk, Amir Malik, Rashid Iqbal, Preetam Katoach, Sunil kotwal, Mohsin Hafiz, Sujata Parihar,Sughanda Soni,Neelam Devi, Vishal Kumar, Neelam, Snober and Misbah .Besides students, scholars and youth hailing from different parts of erstwhile Distt Doda and also from other areas of the state attended the meeting.
