| 5 gamblers nabbed, Rs 1960 recovered | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Oct 19:Police today arrested five gamblers and recovered Rs 1960 as gambling amount from their possession.
According to police sources, a police party from police station Samba conducted raid at Mandi Gurgalian, district Samba and nabbed five gamblers identified as
Sunil Kumar son of Pritam Chand of Ward No 7, tehsil and district Samba,
Bittu son of Tej Ram of Mandi Gurgalian, tehsil and district Samba,
Rinku son of Faqir Chand of Mandi Gurgalian, Tehsil and district Samba,
Rakesh Kumar son of Krishan Chand of Barian, tehsil and district Samba and Kuldeep Raj son of Sewa Ram of Mandi Gurgalian, tehsil and district Samba.
Police seized Rs 1960 as gambling amount and playing cards from the spot. All were booked under 13 Gambling Act.
