| SIC delegation denied permission to meet in Kot Bhalwal | | |

Sikh Intellectuals Circle (SIC) has strongly condemned the stopping of a delegation of Sikh Leaders leady by S.Narinder Singh Khalsa and I.C.R.C. team from meeting with the detenues in Kot Bhalwal Jail after the police action on detenues.
As per press release Sikh Intellectuals today said that even the relatives of detenues are not allowed to meet them which indicates that the condition of the detenues is miserable,.
They have appealed to international Human Right organization and International Red Cross to take serious note of such incidents.
