| Adbi Kunj holds weekly literary meet | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Oct 19:Adbi Kunj, J&K held its regular weekly literary meet at its literary centre in the premises of New Shastri Memorial Higher Secondary School, Talab Tillo here today.
In the meet, which was presided over by a well known Hindi poet Rajeshwar Bhakhri, Sham Talib, President of the organization presented three resolutions.
The meet congratulated Anand Lehar, a reputed Urdu Short Story Writer, famous Advocate and Chief Patron of Adbi Kunj for having Sahitya Rattan Award from Sanchetana – A literary organization of Dev Band (U.P) on his outstanding novel-Mujh Se Kaha Hota.
In the 2nd resolution, Adbi Kunj paid rich tributes to an international revolutionary and Urdu personality Sir Syeed Khan on his birthday.
Adbi Kunj also paid rich tributes to saint and revolutionary soldier Banda Bahadur Bairagi, on his 341st birth anniversary.
In the first part of the literary session (Prose Writing) presentation included – A Spiritual Urdu write up – Khudie-Nasha- by Comrade Muni Lal Puri, another Hindi spiritual article Jiwan Updesh by KL Deewana, an Urdu Short Story- Hum and Urdu Write up on great social and literary personality Sir Syeed Ahmed Khan by Sham Talib.
In the poetic session Sham Talib was specially sang spiritual song. The other poets of the session were Santosh Nadan, Muni Lal Puri, Malik Singh Wafa, Rajeshwar Bhakhari, Sanjeev Kumar, Romesh Rahi, Ved Upal, Rajeev Kumar and KL Dewana.
