| NNO condemns neglect of govt quarters’ repair | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Oct 20:The president of the Nirbhao Nirvair Organization Harjeet Singh said today that a deputation conveyed to him that the repair of government quarters is not being carried out and the Estates Department is totally asleep in this regard.
Addressing a press conference here today, Harjeet Singh said whereas the condition of these government quarters is in bad shape at different places such as BC Road, Gandhi Nagar, Top Sherkhanian and many other places.
It is strange to say that only the government accommodation of some National Conference Ministers are repaired with the result other quarters are kept at the mercy of the God and there is every apprehension that any untoward accident can take place if the necessary repairs will not be taken in hand by the concerned Department.
