| High Court adjusts newly appointed Munsiffs | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, October-20 :- Registrar General of J&K High Court JR Kotwal today ordered posting and transfer of newly appointed munsiffs who were appointed as officiating munsiffs vide Govt order No 2781-LD (A) of 2011 dated September 29, 2011.
According to the order No 675 of 2011 Ms Tabasum Qadir Parray appointed as Officiating Munsiff has been posted Munsiff Anantnag and relieved the District Mobile Magistrate Traffic Anantnag of the additional charge. Mr. Meyank Gupta appointed as Officiating Munsiff has been posted as Munsiff Bhaderwah. Mr. Sajad-ur-Rehman appointed as Officiating Munsiff has been posted as Munsiff Sogam. Mr. Altaf Hussain Khan appointed as Officiating Munsiff and posted Munsiff Kulgam.
In the same order Rajni Sharma Munsiff Leave Reserve High Court Jammu Wing has been posted as Munsiff Chenani whereas Sheikh Gowhar Husain has given additional charge of Munsiff Gurez.
In another order issued today by Registrar General Mr. JR Kotwal that earlier notified as non-sitting day November 9, 2011 for the Court is declared as Sitting day for the Court is substituted by November 26, 2011 as non-sitting day but November 26, 2011 will now be working day for the Registry and non-sitting day for the Court.
