Government determined to ensure equitable development : Gupta

Kathua, Oct 20: Government is determined to ensure the equitable development of all the regions of the state.
MLC Subash Gupta said this while addressing a large gathering at Rathua in Hiranagar Tehsil after inaugurating an electric transformer.
People of Rathua projected their demand pertaining to the construction of lanes and drains, fresh BPL survey, electric polls.
Addressing the gathering Gupta said the government has prioritized to provide all basic amenities to the people at their doorsteps and asked the people to protect public properties in their respective areas.
He said crores of rupees are being spent to meet day to day requirement of the people. He assured the people that all their genuine demands would be taken up by the concerned departments at the earliest.
He said that the Government was abreast with the problem and hardships confronting the people and has prioritized the sectors like PHE, education, power, R&B and housing which have direct impact on the everyday life of the people.
