| Clashes in Old City, 2 youth arrested | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT

Police arrested two youths after clashes erupted in Old City's Rajouri Kadal area soon after the Friday congregational prayers got over, sources told Kashmir Dispatch.
They said a group of youth started hurling stones at the police and Central Reserve Police Force troopers who were stationed in the area. Forces retaliated the stones with teargas canisters and were able to arrest a youth whose identity could not be ascertained, they added.
Sources in police said an injured youth was detained at the SMHS Hospital in Nawabazar area when he along a group of friends were rushing into the premises to get treatment.
They youth identified as Roman has been injured during clashes at Rajouri Kadal, they added.
