| Refresher course for HG volunteers concludes | | |

A 25-day refresher course for the new batch of Home Guard (HG) volunteers concluded at Central Training Institute of Home Guards and Civil Defence here today.
S M Kalotra Divisional Commandant (SSP Home Guards) distributed certificates and cash awards among the volunteers for their outstanding performance in various disciplines of training.
Principal of the Institute, Mohammed Majid Malik highlighted various activities of the Institute and the training program devised for the future.
Kalotra in his address to the pass out volunteers stressed upon the importance of quality training and expressed happiness that during training, the volunteers exhibited great dedication, devotion and hard work.
Civil Defence Wardens Bansi Lal Gupta (Corporator), Jugal Mahajan and Kanta Bhan were also present on the occasion.
