| Pak smuggler remanded to two days custom custody | | |
Jammu, Dec 21
Judicial Magistrate Mr. MR Chak today granted two days remand of Pak smuggler Mohd Ashraf s/o Inayat Ullah r/o Kot Korha, Pakistan, who was caught by the BSF from RS Pura area close to the international border in Jammu sector yesterday and recovered 25 Kg of heroine worth Rs 25 crore.
The smuggler was produced before the Court by the customs authority for remand. As prayed by the counsel for the customs, Court awarded remand for two days and directed to produce the accused on December 23, 2006.
