| JK Bank financed Bags Gallery opens | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Srinagar, Oct 24: J&K Bank cluster head, Ganderbal Mohammad Amin Khan Saturday inaugurated Sheemz Bags Gallery at Malashahi Bagh near S P Office Ganderbal.
A unit established by a young entrepreneur. Zahid, and financed by J&K Bank B/U Nagbal under Prime Ministers Employment Generation Programme manufactures bags, non-woven and paper bags which are environment friendly and a very good substitute to polythene bags.
KVIC Assistant Director was also present on the occasion.
Speaking on the occasion, cluster head said that the unit has been sanctioned with a view to create self-employment among unemployed educated youth of the valley.
He said the unit has already provided job opportunities to few persons working in the manufacturing & marketing department of the unit.
J&K bank, he said, is committed to provide every possible help for self employment generation.
Zahid thanked the Bank for its credit as well as counseling all along and hoped that he would do everything to prove his bankers right.
