| MLC Ravinder visits panchayats of tehsil Sunderbani | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
SUNDERBANI, Oct 29: Member Legislative Council (MLC) and Spokesperson Pradesh Congress Committee Ravinder Sharma visited Dhok-Banyal, Channi and Thanda Pani Panchayats of tehsil Sunderbani and addressed public meetings.
A large number of people joined Congress party including an independent Sarpanch Bal Krishan of Channi alongwith supporters at Dhok-Banyal.
The people highlighted the problems of power supply and demanded early installation of transformer in the area.
Sharma announced that the transformer will be installed within few days. He inspected police welfare centre at Dhok Banyal and asked people of the area to send their children to this centre and undertake training in different trades. He assured to upgrade the facilities of the centre.
Ravinder Sharma announced upgradation of Middle School Massiot to level of High School. He also assured the people that sufficient electric poles will be provided to improve the supply of electric power.
Sharma also addressed a meeting at Thandapani organised by Prem Chand-Sarpanch of the area. Speakers raised problems including road connectivity, water and power, besides shortage of ration and black marketing of kerosene oil. They apprised the MLC about their problems.
