| ICAI CA holds seminar on “TRUSTS AND SEARCH & SURVEYS” | | |  EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu , Oct 29The J&K Branch Of Northern Indian Regional Council of “Institute of Chartered Accountants of India” hosted a seminar today on the topic of “TRUSTS AND SEARCH & SURVEYS”. Dr. Girish Ahuja & Dr. Ravi Gupta well known scholar on Income tax , who have written lots of books on Income tax were Guest Speakers. Both the speakers deliberate in detail and enlightened the members about the various important aspects to be taken into consideration while dealing with assessments of trusts and during search & surveys .
Speaking on the occasion, Chairman J&K Branch of NIRC of ICAI CA. Ajay Sawhney in his inaugural address laid emphasis on that seminar on Trusts as this year all types of trusts have been selected for income tax scrutiny & matters to be taken into consideration by counsel while dealing with search & surveys . He hoped that these types of seminars will certainly helps in refreshing our memory and updates us with all the latest development in these subjects. This seminar works as a guide to the professionals & help them during assessment of the clients, given the paucity of time and resources at the disposal of the professional.
