| Mankotia inaugurates newly upgraded middle school Manpa | | | Early Times Report
UDHAMPUR, October 29 : : Member Legislative Assembly, Balwant Singh Mankotia inaugurated newly upgraded middle School, Manpa in Zone Udhampur.
During his tour to different areas of village Badali, the MLA announced Rs. 75 thousand from his Constituency Development Fund (C D F) for the construction of lane and drainage of Manpa.
He also announced Rs 37 thousand for the construction of toilet block at Government Middle School Manpa. He also directed the concern officers to prepare a detailed estimate for the construction of compound wall and additional class rooms of Middle School, Manpa so that the amount involved would be made available for the same work as early as possible.
Later, people of the area put forth their demand which include early completion of link road Nainsoo to Battall Ballain under P.M.G.S.Y, shortage of drinking water supply at Manpa and upgradation of Middle School Badali.
Responding to the demands of the locals, the MLA gave on spot instructed to the officers of PHE department to put in their sincere efforts to resolve the matter of shortage of water supply.
Among other, officers of Public Works Department (R&B) Public Health Engineering department, Power Development Department, Rural Development Department, officers of the Education department, Sarpanch and panches of the area were present on the occasion.
